Chiropractic Treatments in Rotherham & Sheffield
Our team of four chiropractors: Gareth Rhys, Charlotte Moran, Lone Kristensen, and Poppy Shentall, provide hands-on chiropractic treatment for back pain, neck pain, sciatica, and joint pain across our Rotherham and Sheffield clinics. Every appointment starts with a full assessment, followed by a treatment plan built around what's actually going on. Techniques include spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, extremity treatment, and the Graston technique for chronic tightness and scar tissue. Poppy also offers posture and movement assessments with tailored rehab exercises. Gareth brings additional experience treating elite athletes, including his work with Olympic Athletes and the City of Sheffield Diving Club's squad. Whether you're recovering from a sports injury or managing ongoing pain, our chiropractors build a plan around you at either location.
Podiatrist in Rotherham
Ali Mireh, our HCPC-registered podiatrist, treats a full range of foot and lower-limb conditions at our Rotherham clinic. We work with anything from ingrown and fungal toenails to heel pain, verrucas, and corns and calluses. Ali also offers injection therapy for foot and ankle pain and practical footwear advice for long-term mobility, including for older patients.
Sports Massage in Sheffield
At our Infirmary Road clinic, Grazyna Szymanska, a registered sports massage therapist, offers deep tissue and sports massage to support recovery for athletes and active patients, alongside trigger point release, myofascial release, and neuromuscular massage for chronic tension. She also supports patients preparing for or recovering from surgery, and desk workers and drivers dealing with muscular tension from prolonged sitting.

30+ Years of Hands-On Chiropractic Experience
We've spent over 30 years getting to know how to help people move better, and we keep learning, with every practitioner completing more than 30 hours of training each year, on top of their current qualifications. Our lead chiropractor, Gareth, treats everyone from first-time patients to an Olympic gold medallist, and works closely with the City of Sheffield Diving Club's squad. And if you ever need more than we can offer, we're on first-name terms with local GPs, orthopaedic consultants, and neurosurgeons we trust to take it from there.

Frequently Asked Questions
No referral is needed in the UK. Just book online and we'll assess whether chiropractic care is right for you at your first visit.
Every visit starts with an exetnsive full assessment so we understand exactly what's going on before recommending any treatment, sometimes with an X-ray or MRI, though not always.
We don't bill insurers directly, but many patients claim treatment back through providers like Westfield Health.
Yes. Our team has experience with everyday sports injuries as well as elite athletes, including our work with the City of Sheffield Diving Club.
Treatment shouldn't hurt. Some patients feel mild, temporary soreness afterwards, especially if a problem's been building for a while, but your chiropractor will always work within what's comfortable for you.
It depends on what's going on and how long it's been an issue. Your chiropractor will talk you through a plan after your first assessment, and you're never committed to more sessions than you need.
Not routinely. We only use X-ray or MRI when there's a specific clinical reason to look further, and we'll explain why before referring you.
