I graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth in 2020 with a Master of Chiropractic Degree (first class). After my studies, I wanted to move back to my home town of Sheffield and have worked at the Backactive Chiropractic Clinics between the Rotherham and Infirmary Road branches ever since.
I enjoy treating a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, and love the job satisfaction that being a chiropractor brings when I see patients improving. I have treated patients from as young as three months to ninety one years old, illustrating there is no age restriction on chiropractic treatment. I use a range of techniques including soft tissue work, spinal manipulative therapy and dry needling. I believe that every patient requires treatment tailored to their individual needs and having a wide range of skills helps me to use the appropriate methods for each one. I believe that movement is medicine and my main goal is to get my patients moving as quickly and safely as possible.
In my spare time you will find me at my local Crossfit gym; hiking in the Peak District with friends and family or travelling/holidaying. In the Summer, I enjoy going camping and generally spending as much time outdoors as possible.
